Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched projects totaling 4400 crore on Sunday. He established the framework for the four-laning of important NH roads between Marakkanam and Puducherry and Paramakudi and Ramanathapuram. He opened the Chennai Beach–Egmore 4th Line and eight renovated railway stations in Tamil Nadu.
