On the final day of Kuomintang (KMT) chairwoman Cheng Li-wun’s unusual visit, Beijing said on Sunday that it will take a number of steps to improve relations with Taiwan. According to Xinhuanet, Beijing published a list of ten steps to “promote the peaceful development of cross-strait relations.”
