2,994 rape and 7,382 molestation crimes were registered in Odisha in 2025, according to information provided to the Assembly by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. According to the CM, 115 incidents of attempted rape and 1,183 occurrences of sexual harassment were also registered.
