Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev said on Thursday that Russia will send a second oil tanker to Cuba as the island struggles with a fuel blockade by the United States. The island received its first oil supply since January on Tuesday when a Russian tanker (shown in the picture) carrying 730,000 barrels of petroleum landed at the Cuban port of Matanzas.
