NASA Artemis crew sets new distance record

As they prepare to examine parts of the moon never seen by the unaided eye, the four astronauts on NASA’s lunar flyby become the people to go the furthest from our planet on Monday. Apollo 13’s 1970 record of 400,171 kilometers was exceeded by the Artemis II team.
