On Monday, Russia announced that it had detained a German woman who had intended to blow up a service facility. According to the FSB, a citizen of a Central Asian nation acting on orders from Ukraine had drawn the woman into the scheme. In Pyatigorsk, she was arrested and discovered carrying an improvised bomb device in her suitcase.
