Zelenskyy Says Russia Has Not Broken Ukraine

Four years after an invasion that severely tested the resolve of Kyiv and its allies and stoked European concerns about the scope of Moscow’s aspirations, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Tuesday that Russia has neither “broken Ukrainians” nor won its war. Currently, Russia owns around 22% of Ukraine.
