Following the signature of reform-related memorandums of understanding (MoU) and the fulfillment of necessary compliance requirements, the Jal Shakti ministry disbursed 1,561.53 crore for five states under the Jal Jeevan Mission 2.0 for 2025–2026, according to an official statement made on Tuesday.
